How to swap tokens

Once you've connected your wallet to the 0xGen widget, you are ready to swap tokens.

Select token

Choose the token you want to trade from the dropdown menu in the "From" section.

Click it

Select the token you want to trade

Whichever token you choose, you will need to make sure you have some to trade with. Your balance is shown above the token dropdown menu.

Choose the token you want to trade to in the "To" section as above.

Enter amount

Next, type an amount for your "From" currency by clicking inside the input box.

Your "To" currency amount will be estimated automatically.

Confirm Order

Click the Swap button to create an order for the final review.

Review your swap

A window with more details will appear. Check the details are correct.

Permission

When you are ready, click the Confirm Swap button. Your wallet will ask you to confirm the action.

Sometimes you need to approve token before the swap process, learn more about why you need to approve the token first

You can click Transaction Hash to see your transaction details on an explorer.
